E-Pay is a secure electronic payments program offered to government agencies under The Illinois Funds program. E-Pay is designed to offer users of agency services easier, faster payment choices (e.g. parking tickets, utility bills, requests for birth/death/marriage records, etc.) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Agencies that offer E-Pay may accept credit cards, bank cards and/or electronic checks over the counter, online or by phone.
